For commissioners, we can help you to define your objectives, analyse your business needs, advise on appropriate approaches and devise an effective new media strategy.

For suppliers, we can help you to assess your client's requirements and develop a proposal, scope of work, storyboard or functional specification.

Finding the right words to communicate your message can be difficult in any medium. Interactive media presents further difficulties. We understand the medium and we know how to write for it. We pay attention to detail and quickly grasp what you're trying to say.

Anyone can build a web site or cd-rom and make it look good. What sets the best projects apart is information architecture - the design of content structure and navigation for maximum effectiveness, efficiency and ease of use.

We can write the brief

Writing a good brief is no easy task. Yet if your brief is not clearly defined, your potential suppliers will have less chance to produce a proposal that meets your requirements.

Whether you're a commissioner seeking to undertake a project in-house or a production company moving into new media for the first time, we can help. We can advise on the roles and responsibilities you'll need to define, the skills you'll need and how much you should expect to pay for them (we wrote the National Occupational Standards for Interactive Media, and Skillset's Interactive Media Job Profiles). We can also offer guidance on how to plan the project so that it runs smoothly and delivers maximum results.
